“ We initially visited Vino Bello Resort for a timeshare presentation, and as many know, there’s always a little catchbut thanks to Catherine at the front desk (who’s quite the charmer and a pro, like any good salesperson), we ended up receiving not just one, but two gift offers, and one of them led us to Olive & Hay. What a pleasant surprise this restaurant turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt cozy, inviting, and perfectly ideal after a long day. The real star, however, was the food. I ordered the Lamb, Clams, and a delicious Pizza, paired with a lovely wine. Every bite was rich in flavor and cooked to perfection. I honestly ate so much, I could barely walk back to my roomtotally worth it! The service was equally top. notch. Our server, (DA) from Nepal, was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. He clearly knows how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Overall, this was a truly memorable dining experience. I would absolutely return not just to stay longer at the resort, but specifically to dine at Olive & Hay again. Highly recommended, hands down. Loved it ”

“ Been here a few times and it never disappoints. The avocado toast (with a salmon twist) is so good, all three of us got the same thing. Comes with a side of roasted potatoes that are SUPER good. We all had an espresso martini which is really strong, so no need for more than one cocktail. Our server was Juan and he was friendly and super attentive, despite how busy it was for brunch. Would definitely return! ”

“ The entire dining experience was amazing! Our server Emily was so attentive and a true pleasure. The caprese salad was a perfect way to start off our dinner with a bottle of Miner Sauvignon Blanc that was light and crispy. The scallop risotto with black truffle, I don’t know if I can even put into words. It was perfectly prepared with an outstanding amount of flavor and delicacy. My husband said his “angry lasagna” was a magnificent flare of departure from the norm. Let’s talk about dessert. The Italian donuts were an airy delight to a delectable meal. Honestly can say the entire experience from start to finish was a true delight. ”

“ After a full day of a three-stop wine tour, Olive & Hay was the perfect spot for us. We had a 6:30 reservation via Open Table. Without anyone prompting their team, they said happy birthday multiple times to my wife. We were greeted exceptionally well and had our seat on time. Eunice was such a joy as our server! We split the margherita pizza and a side of meatballs. Yummy! The pizza had a great fire baked thin crust with fresh flavors and the meatballs were some of the best I have tasted. To finish our dinner, they brought out beignets with custard filling and a hazelnut sauce and a birthday candle....delish! ”

“ We just had brunch and it was delicious. It is a little slow but let me tell you, the wait is worth it. We had the wine and country breakfast, the avocado salmon toast and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Everything was amazing but the pancakes were my favorite. And Alex was great, he explained all the menu and was very attentive. ”

Dinner – We had the truffle fries, NY steak, asparagus, and carbonara. Every dish was fresh and tasty, and the portions were just right. The service was excellent and the ambiance was lovely.
